Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel 14 or more days before the workshop for a full refund. Between 7 and 14 days, transfer to a future date at no charge, or take a 50% refund. Inside 7 days we cannot refund, but you may transfer your place to a colleague, or to a future workshop once, subject to availability. If we cancel or reschedule, you receive a full refund or a transfer, whichever you prefer.
